Dr. Kent Noell opened Denton Chiropractic Center in 1978, and it still runs on the same idea: figure out what's actually wrong, then fix it with a whole person approach.

Dr. Kent Noell completed his undergraduate work at the University of Nebraska and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in December 1977, the same year he opened Denton Chiropractic Center.
He has served Denton County for over 48 years and is a member of the Texas Chiropractic Association, the American Chiropractic Association and the International Chiropractic Association, having served as both president and vice president of TCA District 4.
Dr. Melissa Noell is a lifelong resident of Denton and a graduate of the first graduating class of Denton Ryan High School in 1996.
She earned her BA in Biology from Texas A&M University and a BS in Anatomy from Parker Chiropractic College, then joined her father, Dr. Kent Noell, at the practice in January 2003 after completing her Doctorate of Chiropractic.

Dr. Marcus Villarreal was born and raised in Denton, graduated from Denton High School's Ryan campus, and earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology at Texas Tech University, where he was captain and president of the rugby team.
He earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas in 2010 and has treated athletes at the high school, collegiate and professional level.
Dr. Susan Aurich earned a B.S. in Health and Human Performance from Austin Peay State University and a Master's in Sports Administration from Eastern Kentucky University before becoming a chiropractic patient herself after a hip injury from her first triathlon.
She attended Parker University in Dallas, where she received the James W. Parker Philosophy Award, and is certified in the Webster Technique and Advanced Activator Methods, specializing in prenatal and pediatric care.

Dr. Faith Kuehl grew up in Iowa and attended Grand View University in Des Moines, where she studied Kinesiology and played on the Women's Basketball Team.
She earned her Bachelor's of Science and Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, and now serves patients through both pediatric and pregnancy specific chiropractic care.
